These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Left Lane Freight Solutions.

Note: Full terms and conditions are currently being updated and will be available here soon. In the meantime, please refer to individual rate confirmations and load tenders for specific shipment terms.

Role as Freight Coordinator

Left Lane Freight Solutions acts as a freight coordinator between shippers and carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not take possession of freight.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the coordination of transportation services. Any claims related to cargo loss or damage are primarily the responsibility of the motor carrier assigned to the load.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

Left Lane Freight Solutions Messaging Program

Program Description: By subscribing to Left Lane Freight Solutions mobile messages, you agree to receive recurring autodialed marketing/informational text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts) to the mobile number used at opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
